Interstitial Operations Group is focused on the Mohawk Valley, Capital Region, and upper Southern Tier of New York, a region built on independently owned and family manufacturers alongside PE-backed operators.

This is the region our founder grew up in. We understand the local economics, not just the balance sheet.

Engagements target manufacturers in the $10M–$75M revenue range, discrete manufacturing: machined parts, industrial equipment, components, assemblies, and precision fabrication.

Inside this corridor, work runs on-site: full days on the floor, travel absorbed into the fee, no windshield time on your invoice. That proximity is the model, not a limitation of it.
